Revenue Strategy Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices, with a proven track record of driving top-line performance across diverse hotel properties.

Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to inform dynamic pricing strategies. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing channel distribution (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve optimal business mix, preparing accurate forecasts and budgets for owners and leadership, and collaborating with general managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.

This role also involves supporting pre-opening hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies, introducing scalable frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for revenue and asset management, and mentoring property-level executives to strengthen internal commercial capabilities.

  • Proven ability to improve revenue growth, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR) across varied property formats
  • Deep knowledge of online travel agencies (OTAs), distribution systems, revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and digital revenue tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
