About the Role

The Growth Specialist will drive revenue growth across diverse customer segments, focusing on B2C and B2B markets. Key responsibilities include increasing direct sales through training and certification enrollments, executing growth strategies for universities, corporates, and consulting clients, and supporting pricing, partnerships, and revenue model innovation to maximize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IDentify and onboard corporate and institutional partners
  • Prepare proposals, partnership decks, MoUs, and revenue share agreements
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Ensure seamless student enrollment experience with strong conversion and retention
  • Leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients

The role involves collaboration with the marketing team on digital campaigns for lead generation, competitor benchmarking, growth experiments, and maintaining dashboards to track revenue, funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI.

Requirements:
