Business Intelligence Analyst Position

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the management team and business strategy department to model, analyze, and summarize sales information.
  • Leading strategic partnerships and initiatives to drive organic and inorganic growth.
  • Crunching data, mining insights, and analyzing sales trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Creating meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics.
  • Developing sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitoring funnels performance weekly for the sales team.
  • Tracking performance (Target vs achievement) of business teams and presenting to management.
  • Ensuring the CRM system is utilized effectively for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Providing access to CRM tools for business teams and resolving any issues they may face.
  • Providing sales data to sales representatives, generating reports, and supporting them as needed.
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context.
  • Proficiency in data crunching & analysis (e.g., Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
