About the Role:
We are seeking a senior executive to lead our India business and drive revenue growth.
- Accountable for revenue targets, growth strategy, and profitability in the Indian market.
- Leading high-performing B2B field sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Strategically managing key accounts with a focus on renewals, expansion, and upselling.
- Building partnerships with cloud providers and solution integrators to enhance offerings.
- Overseeing enterprise deal negotiations and complex client engagements to maximize revenue potential.
- Developing and optimizing sales processes and pipeline metrics to improve efficiency.
- Fostering customer-centric strategy in collaboration with product and delivery teams to drive business growth.
- Promoting the organization at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to establish credibility.
Ideal Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within cloud services or SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to scale revenues and manage large customer portfolios.
- Expertise in cloud ecosystem partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) and financial operations models.
- Strong track record of leading high-ticket enterprise sales and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage profit and loss statements and regional expansion initiatives.
- MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
