Executive Leader in Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Manager - Business Development to spearhead lead generation, sales funnel management and closures, ultimately driving revenue growth and fostering impactful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end ownership of lead generation, funnel management & closures.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients.
- Drive new client acquisition while nurturing existing BFSI & Fintech relationships.
- Draft and respond to RFPs effectively.
- Strong grasp of contracting and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain and track a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate with the EVP – Sales on strategies to achieve quarterly & annual targets.
- Stay ahead by monitoring market trends, competitor activities & business opportunities.
- 8–12 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales within BFSI / Fintech / SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise in proposals, funnel management & direct sales conversions.
- Strong networking ability & proven track record in individual lead closures.
- Excellent communication, client engagement & negotiation skills.
- A self-driven go-getter who thrives in a target-driven, high-growth environment.
