Job Description:As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and implementing full-funnel systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs using HubSpot. This involves tackling complex implementations, enabling integrations, designing lead scoring models, and fixing revenue leakages to ensure clients achieve their expected return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across multiple hubs.
- Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing.
- Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
- Implement integrations with other platforms and tools.
- Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
- Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
- Manage data governance within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to roll out a holistic revenue operations framework.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- 3-6 years of hands-on revenue operations and HubSpot implementation experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-hub setups.
- Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
- Experience with middleware/integration tools and APIs.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to find leaks in the funnel and back it up with data.
