Job Title: Strategic Business Manager Job Description: 

The role of a Strategic Business Manager involves providing support to the Head of GCIB in developing business strategy. This includes implementing global and/or regional initiatives and business strategies that align with the company's overall goals.

As a Strategic Business Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring departmental financial performance and assessing it against targets. You will also work closely with the Finance team to track revenue and expense budgets and analyze research materials to develop financial models and present recommendations to Senior Management.

Additionally, this role requires developing and maintaining strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders. You will work with overseas onshore branches and HQ to promote business growth, provide ad-hoc support, and facilitate events.

Key responsibilities include acting as a role model and adhering to company policies and guidelines, coaching and guiding junior team members on complex issues, and setting up governance frameworks for newly established teams.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
