Job Overview

We seek an experienced professional to fill the role of Strategic Business Consultant. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction, with the ability to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth, monitor market trends, and provide oversight on deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in regular meetings with senior stakeholders to review developments and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders, boards, or promoters in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
