Job Description:

Welcome to the role of a Strategic HR Business Partner, where you will partner with the business and HR Function to drive process transformation and technology enablement.

This strategic position will oversee readiness activities, including knowledge transfer and documentation standardization, and coordinate process stabilization post-transition.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement transition governance, participate in change management efforts, and support successful transition and implementation of HR Operations at the respective Global Business Services (GBS) center.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with business and HR Function to define process transformation and technology enablement
  • Lead HR work transitions into regional GBS locations
  • Oversee readiness activities, including knowledge transfer and documentation standardization
  • Coordinate process stabilization post-transition
  • Develop and implement transition governance
  • Participate in change management efforts
