We are seeking a strategic HR leader to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Key responsibilities will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business vision
  • Maintain positive relationships between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure best-fit candidates
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and productivity
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Manage pay plans, benefits programs, and maintain compliance with labor laws
  • Analyze training needs and apply relevant training programs
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions through HR metrics

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Executive with a track record of success
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on employee-centricity
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and analysis
  • Ability to architect strategy and drive change
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence in building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and best practices in Human Resources.
