Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
    • Drive recruitment strategies to hire top talent across design, marketing and operations
    • Develop compelling job descriptions and manage end-to-end hiring process
    • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfill staffing needs
    • Build employer branding initiatives to position Studio AsA as a preferred place to work
  • People & Culture:
    • Cultivate a creative, inclusive and high-trust work culture
    • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events and wellness initiatives
    • Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values
  • Performance & Growth:
    • Define KRAs, review cycles and learning goals for all departments
    • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting and leadership development initiatives
    • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
    • Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance
    • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves and employee records
    • Handle conflict resolution, grievances and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

  • A people-first, process-driven HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws in India
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, empathetic and culturally sensitive
