Indirect Tax Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle high-profile engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws, Appeals, Representation before various forums, investigation handholding, Litigation Management Service, Tax Restructuring, Tax Advisory, and consulting pertaining to GST, Customs, Service Tax, VAT, and Excise.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted business advisor who can provide sound commercial acumen and market insight to clients. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients at senior positions, expanding the client base, and growing the firm's business through innovative marketing and business development strategies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and drafting skills, in-depth knowledge of Indirect Tax and other related laws, strong analytical and researching skills, and leadership and team management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with clients to understand their needs and providing strategic advice
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams in providing services to important accounts
  • Providing a perspective on global trends, emerging industry issues, and emerging practices on client assignments
  • Creating and managing strong independent relationships with clients at senior positions
  • Leveraging internal and external networks to build and grow the firm's business

Requirements:

  • CA or Law Graduate from a recognized institution with a strong academic track record
  • 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect tax in the field of Indirect Tax Litigation or Advisory
