This role includes guest-facing contact centers that directly impact profit and growth while fostering an exceptional guest experience. As a Manager in Guest Services, you will provide operational leadership and support for approximately 15 service center team members taking guest contacts across various contact channels.

You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing your team and other team members. You will work in a fast-paced service environment, creating a culture that delivers a great experience for your team members and guests with every interaction. You will drive business results and team performance, implementing operational strategies that drive engagement and deliver on key objectives.

About the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 8-10 years of experience in contact center, financial services, or retail operations
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in guest service-oriented environments
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • High technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
