Customer Support Professional

Fold Health India Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role involves delivering exceptional support to customers of all sizes, partnering with internal departments to resolve complex issues, and acting as a customer advocate.
Job Description
This hybrid role requires occasional office presence in Pune, with an option to work from home. The ideal candidate will become an expert in the Fold Health platform and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various communication channels;
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction;
- Manage customer relationships, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure prompt resolution;
- Assist with documentation, bug reports, and enhancement requests;
- Maintain knowledge of the Fold Health platform, its features, and related technologies;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technical support or software engineering, particularly in healthcare technology. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting, and be comfortable using collaboration tools such as Teams, Atlassian, Wrike, Loop, and Power BI.
Education and Experience
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience working with technical support or software engineering in healthcare technology is essential.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
