Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned State Sales Manager with 7-10 years of experience to join our team on a full-time basis in Mumbai or Pune. The role comes with a salary range based on the candidate's experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in assigned states
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive growth and success
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decisions
  • Nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation
  • Forecast sales and expenses accurately, ensuring budget management and financial stability

Salary Range
