This is a full-time remote role that requires strong customer service skills, experience in event sales, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling expo space, organizing conferences, planning events, and overseeing business development opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets through effective partnership management.
- Identifying potential clients through market research, cold calling, and PR relations.
- Crafting compelling proposals as per clients' needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Influencing decision-makers at all levels of an organization to secure deals.
- Handling key accounts and being a single point of contact between the client and the production team.
- Proven track record of sales goals achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in event sales, expo space selling, conference sales, or sponsorship sales, and a graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. Industry experience in events, media, or advertising is also preferred.
