">The key responsibilities include leading both B2B & B2C sales strategies, ensuring sustainable business growth. Strong skills in sales forecasting, budgeting are essential for this role.
">A KPI-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights is crucial. Strong brand-building and positioning skills in competitive healthcare markets, along with B2B and B2C sales expertise, are also required.
">The role involves identifying reputed hospitals, labs, and healthcare setups with significant regional coverage and establishing tie-ups for patient flow. Establishing and growing superior relationships with doctors of significant repute and concentrating efforts towards conversion are also key aspects of the job.
">CORPORATE SALES">Liaison with major corporates in the public and private sector for empanelment for mandatory annual employee check-ups and other medical needs is an essential part of this role.
">Maintenance of a database of corporates already captured and continuing the relationship through regular visits and interactions is also crucial. Planning and conducting medical camps is another important responsibility.
">Collaboration with corporate sales teams for conducting on-campus medical camps in corporate companies for capturing individual customers and increasing footfall is also a key aspect of the job.
">Identifying unexplored geographic areas and concentration of direct marketing efforts for growth of span of coverage in terms of B2C sales is also required.
