Lead Cybersecurity Growth Strategist

As a seasoned cybersecurity executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to elevate the India Cybersecurity practice. This strategic role demands a leader who can drive revenue expansion through innovative client acquisition strategies, high-performing sales teams, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead agile sales and presales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Engage with CISOs and executives to secure large-scale pursuits and complex deals, leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity consulting.
  • Oversee the development of tailored solutions, proposals, and client workshops that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in IT services or cybersecurity consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • A proven track record of growing a substantial cybersecurity services business in India, with strong financial ownership and acumen.
  • Deep knowledge of the Indian cybersecurity market, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, and other industries.
  • Expertise in key cybersecurity offerings such as MDR, SOC, IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, Offensive Security, VAPT, and SVS.
