As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and successful relations with business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain end-to-end service for partners from file initiation to submission and registration at university
- Travel regularly to meet partners in their respective offices to strengthen relationships
- Maintain a minimum of 15 leverage partners and achieve a productivity of 3 unique deposits per intake
- Identify new potential consultants and onboard them with the Leverage Partners network
- Continuously train and educate partners on new policies, initiatives, and frameworks
- Hold accountability for maintaining file hygiene and cleanliness and reporting any wrongdoing
- Report to management and take help wherever needed to improve partner relations
- Ensure weekly/monthly expected sales count isn't compromised and align strategies to deliver successful registrations
- Take responsibility for operational tasks such as clearance of information requests and document conversions
- Maintain file to deposit and deposit to RAU conversion rates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regularly
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
