Client Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being, and providing expert advice to help them achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and manage client relationships to increase assets under management (AUM) and drive business growth.
  • To align AUM with clients' financial strategies, reducing risk, cost, and tax while enhancing desired returns and volatility.
  • To review and service portfolios to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • To onboard new relationships, acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base.
  • To conduct marketing activities to increase the number of managed clients.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving services and knowledge.
  • To maintain high ethical standards in providing services and analysis.
  • To collaborate closely with product teams to deliver specialized advice and solutions.
