Job Title: Business Development Executive
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining successful relationships with our business partners.
Key Responsibilities- Travel regularly to meet partners in their offices to strengthen relations and promote mutual growth.
- Maintain a minimum of 15 leverage partners and ensure productivity of 3 unique deposits per intake, driving revenue and increasing market share.
- Identify new potential consultants and onboard them with our network to expand our reach and compensate for losses.
- Continuously train and educate partners on new policies, initiatives, and frameworks to enhance their capabilities and knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of file hygiene and cleanliness, highlighting any discrepancies or wrongdoing.
- Report to a hierarchy of managers and collaborate with colleagues to improve partner relations and drive business growth.
- Ensure weekly and monthly sales targets are met, aligning strategies to deliver successful registrations and exceed expectations.
- Take responsibility for support and operational tasks, such as clearance of information requests and UCOL conversions, ensuring seamless processes and efficient workflows.
- Maintain a minimum of 20% file-to-deposit conversion rate and 75% deposit-to-RAU conversion rate, optimizing performance and achieving desired outcomes.
