Cluster Sales Manager

The Bancassurance Department plays a crucial role in driving the distribution of life insurance products through our strategic partnership with Yes Bank. This department leverages existing customer bases and infrastructure to offer insurance solutions, ensuring effective marketing and sales while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

The Cluster Sales Manager recruits, trains, and supervises executives to achieve business targets and insurance sales across a defined cluster of branches, fostering a progressive partnership with the bank. They manage discrepancies at the cluster level, provide support for ongoing issue resolution, and oversee initiatives to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise executives to achieve agreed business targets and insurance sales.
  • Manage discrepancies at the cluster level, providing support for ongoing issue resolution and managing initiatives.
  • Participate in the hiring process, counsel, and mentor performance, conduct fortnightly PRPs, and co-create recognition platforms to build a capable and motivated team.
  • Anticipate training requirements for partners, develop and deploy partner training programs to increase selling effectiveness.
  • Ensure system requirements are met to maintain a productive and mutually beneficial relationship, compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Deploy and monitor implementation to accelerate revenue generation with the channel.

Desired Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication skills - English & regional language.
  • Age group 30-40 years.
  • Preferably has own conveyance.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, prior experience in insurance essential with min 2 years of team handling experience.
