Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong networks, driving student enrolments, and expanding B2B partnerships. This role involves extensive travel, relationship management, and a proactive approach to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and B2B partners.
- Represent Saviour Education Abroad at seminars, education fairs, and university visits across different regions.
- Drive student admissions by providing guidance and promoting our partner universities/colleges.
- Meet and exceed set targets for student enrollments and institutional collaborations.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (preferably in the education/overseas consultancy sector).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Aggressive traveler with willingness to cover multiple locations.
- Must have own conveyance for field activities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-spoken professional.
