We’re Hiring – Business Development Manager

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Salary: INR 3 – 7 LPA

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce and retail marketplace dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands aiming to grow on premium online marketplaces.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Marketing & Operations) to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and sales reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 5–9 years in Business Development / Sales (E-commerce, Retail, or Digital Marketing preferred).

✅ Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.

✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

✅ Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Candidate Preferences

  • Experience: 5–9 years (mandatory in Business Development / Sales)
  • Education: Master’s degree (preferably Marketing, Business, or related)
  • Language: Proficiency in English & Hindi (spoken & written)
  • Location: Open to candidates across India (must be willing to relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab).
