- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding of high-quality talent.

Key Requirements:
- 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors.

- Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
