Job Title: Regional Growth Strategist
Job Summary:
- Drive business expansion and revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand client base and increase revenue.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to acquire mid-size MNC clients for IT/ERP staffing services.
- Team Development: Lead a team of IT hiring experts to drive delivery and recruitment success.
- Staffing & Recruitment Delivery: Manage end-to-end mid and senior-level recruitment processes for IT/SAP contract hiring.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of IT/SAP staffing services.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job postings and other platforms to source top talent.
- Candidate Relationships: Serve as a single point of contact for key client accounts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in new client development for IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing with hands-on sourcing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading IT staffing or contract staffing practices.
- Prior experience as a regional/business head (IT staffing) is preferred.
- Proven track record in maximizing revenue and driving business growth.
- Strong academic records and entrepreneurial spirit are must-haves.
Engagement Model:
- Fix Fee + Performance Incentives (50:50)
