Premier Group is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead their HR strategy and oversee administrative functions across various operations.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support our organizational goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and administration, with the ability to manage recruitment, talent retention, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies: Create and execute HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organisational goals.
  • Manage Recruitment and Talent Retention: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee Administrative Functions: Supervise general administration including facilities, vendor management, and office services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide HR Data Analysis: Offer insights and reports to management for informed decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors.
  • Solid knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
