Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Analytics Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting tools using R and Python programming languages.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analytics support to the HR function in areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics.
  • Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
  • Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts on a periodic basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workforce Planning and Forecasting:
  • Suggest improvements to workforce planning and forecasting processes to ensure systematic and transparent link between FTE, FTE movements, and compensation costs.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Design and build workforce-related reports and dashboards using HR databases and systems.
  • Develop and optimize statistical models, forecasting plans, and HR reports to drive meaningful business results.
Interpretation and Communication:
  • Lead the interpretation of HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data.
  • Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.

Candidate Profile:

  • We need someone with hands-on experience of using HR databases and systems to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics (descriptive and predictive), and forecasting (employee life-cycle changes, headcount, organizational structures, diversity, learning, performance management etc.).
  • Experience in an analytics environment (including MI and reporting), preferably within HR.
  • Proficient in developing, owning, and optimizing Statistical Models, Forecasting Plan & HR reports (e.g. HR Scorecard, HR Functional Dashboard, etc.) to drive meaningful business results.
