We're seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record of implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth or innovation-driven organizations.

  • Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational transformation.
  • Design and implement initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention, leveraging data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness.
  • Lead the employee lifecycle, delivering WOW experiences from onboarding to alumni engagement, and building frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Drive performance management with modern systems that encourage ownership and recognition, and champion inclusion, transparency, and psychological safety while resolving employee relations with empathy and fairness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven success in employee engagement, organizational design, and talent development, with a strong expertise in conflict resolution, coaching, and employee advocacy.
  • Solid knowledge of performance management, recognition systems, and HR analytics, with familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Bamboo HR, or SuccessFactors.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
