Job Title: Strategic Business Partner

 

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned business partner to play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, deepening existing relationships, and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels.

Our ideal candidate is a consultative expert with extensive experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting. They possess a proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios and have an exceptional ability to influence senior decision-makers.

The strategic business partner will work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure that our diverse service offerings are seamlessly integrated and represented. This includes pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance. They must be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment while maintaining long-term strategic focus.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish us as a premier business partner.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership, aligning our solutions with client business goals.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Market Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery teams to drive business growth and ensure operational excellence.

 

Requirements
  • 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in business development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the GCC (Global Capability Centers) market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.
  • Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong expertise in market expansion, strategic sales, and consultative account management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment while maintaining long-term strategic focus.
