Job Title: Strategic Staff Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Staff Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to play a key role in driving business success through effective staffing, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recommendations to address Retail Business objectives and staff-related challenges. As the main point of contact for our staff and sales teams, you will foster strong relationships, drive governance on human resource metrics, and work closely with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years' experience in retail relationship management, preferably in large format businesses. You should be able to manage big teams, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Governance: Develop and implement strategies to improve human resource metrics, including staffing, retention, engagement, and cost.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Work closely with Regional Managers/Territory Managers to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and provide support to staff members.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years' experience in retail relationship management.
  • Able to manage big teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Hindi and English.
