Empowering talent acquisition is a key focus for our organization. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment processes.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for tech roles. You will also be responsible for utilizing various channels to attract top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tech Hiring & Recruitment:
    • Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions and attraction strategies.
    • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
    • Recruitment Strategy: Leverage multiple channels to engage top tech talent, drive applications, and improve time-to-hire metrics.
    • Candidate Experience: Foster a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • HR Operations:
    • Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities and documentation.
    • Leave & Attendance Management: Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, and salary deductions.
    • Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Compliance: Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
    Requirements:
    • A proven track record of 1-2 years in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
    • A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
    • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
