This role requires a strong understanding of technical risk and the ability to take our risk management to the next level.Key responsibilities include working across Technology and Product teams to analyse and better understand their risk profile, designing and implementing controls to manage and reduce risk, and performing risk and control assessments to identify areas for improvement.Additionally, this role involves recording, handling, and reporting on risk incidents, delivering technology risk insights to senior leadership, and driving effective implementation and communication of operational risk management policies.To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations, and the ability to adapt messages based on audience expectations.You should also be able to define risk appetite, risk impact, and identify risk likelihood, as well as provide control testing support to senior leaders.While data and SQL skills are not required, they would be beneficial in this role.This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who loves building great products and redefining success.
