Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing complex operations, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Operations Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all operational functions to ensure seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  • Process Excellence: Develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality.\
  • Transaction Monitoring: Oversee the evaluation and reporting of transaction stages and status to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely updates to senior management.\
  • Technology Oversight: Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.\
  • People & Culture: Foster a high-performing culture through talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.\
  • Financial Stewardship: Supervise the Finance function to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.\
  • Risk & Governance: Provide oversight to the Audit function for strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management.\

Required qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services with significant exposure to Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) / Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) / Banking operations.\
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing ARC business.\
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.\
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.\
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.\
