The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 3+ years in executive leadership, corporate learning & development, wellness, startup, or strategy roles.
  • Proven entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling a business.
  • Deep appreciation for Indian philosophy and modern leadership, able to synthesize both.
  • Strong network among corporates, startup communities, and the wellness sector.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Ready for an equity-based founding role with substantial growth opportunity.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru; open to frequent travel to Kerala and major Indian metros.
