Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

We seek a highly skilled and organized professional to lead our organization's HR functions.

About the Role:
  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Policy Development: Create and maintain policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management efforts and employee development plans.
  • Benefit Administration: Manage benefit administration and open enrollment processes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • HR Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Training and Development: Oversee employee training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of HR leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
