">Job Title: Global Head of HR

As the key leader, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic human resource initiatives to support the growth of a rapidly scaling global organization. This critical role will focus on building and scaling comprehensive HR systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead as the executive HR leader across all regions, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a cohesive global workforce.
  • Establish a robust corporate-level HR framework, encompassing policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development programs.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.

Global Role:

  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone, overseeing local HR operations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as the strategic partner to India-based executives (Finance, Operations, Tech, Sales) to align talent and performance with global objectives.

Leadership & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch company-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.

Performance & Culture Management:

  • Develop and implement a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region (India, USA, Turkey, UAE).
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to company offices.
