We are currently seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent to onboarding new employees. This includes managing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and multitasking abilities. They should also have experience in developing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and facilitating professional development and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll
  • Facilitate professional development and training programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the finance or investment industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain a positive workplace culture
