Dynamic Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing existing customer accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Succeed in creating business from both new and existing customer accounts through consultative selling approaches.
- Engage in complex negotiations with senior-level executives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, building trust and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead generation: Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and outreach, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Client engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with potential clients, understanding their objectives, and providing customized solutions.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to secure win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Closing deals: Close sales transactions and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle company promotions & social media communications, PR & Press relations.
- Travel and attend networking events & client meetings.
Requirements:
- 0.5-2 years' quota-carrying sales experience.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Noida-based candidates preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- Fresher salary up to ₹16k per month plus incentives up to ₹46k.
- 1-year experience holder - salary range up to ₹22k + incentives up to ₹46k.
- Experience up to 2 years - salary up to ₹30k + incentives up to ₹46k.
