We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Top IT Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at MNB Soft Solution Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in IT sales, a solid understanding of technology solutions, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.

Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and services.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT sales.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred Industry IT).

Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., software, hardware, cloud services).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Excel.
