Job Description:

A top IT product company seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead sales efforts within the insurance industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our software solutions, providing exceptional customer support, and collaborating with the customer success and support teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the use of our software solutions among existing customers.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within existing customer accounts.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our software.
  • Tech Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our software to existing customers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the customer success and support teams to address any issues or concerns raised by customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 7 years in software sales within the insurance industry.
  • Network: Established network of VP-level contacts within the insurance industry.
  • Insurance Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance market and related technologies.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Global Experience: Experience in managing onshore and offshore work models.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
