We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
  • Identify and acquire new Brokers PAN India.
  • Onboard new brokers to expand our network.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with brokerage partners (Brokers providing DEMAT account), coordinate trading activities, and provide support to retail investors.
  • Facilitate communication between brokers and clients, ensure smooth trading operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure long-term engagement.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions.
  • Regularly analyze broker performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in trading transactions.
