Customer Experience Professional Job Opportunity

At our organization, we seek a seasoned professional to oversee a high volume of incoming customer interactions and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Engage customers by going above and beyond their expectations
  • Active listening, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Escalate well-deserved calls to the Escalations team as per defined standards and protocol
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on customer issues
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is required
  • Flexible working schedule
  • Good experience in Inbound calls/emails/chat process
