
Customer Experience Specialist

At our organization, we seek a seasoned professional to oversee a high volume of incoming customer interactions and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and address customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Develop long-lasting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Engage customers by going above and beyond their expectations
- Active listening, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Escalate well-deserved calls to the Escalations team as per defined standards and protocol
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on customer issues
- Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is required
- Flexible working schedule
- Good experience in Inbound calls/emails/chat process
