About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Operations Specialist to join our team at Highspot. This role will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency in the sales compensation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of our incentive compensation programs for our Sales teams worldwide, ensuring timely and accurate calculation of commission payments and presentation of commission statements utilizing Xactly.
  • Manage and configure data in Xactly, including quotas, employee starts/stops, and LOAs, to ensure utmost accuracy by building/running validation reports.
  • Promptly handle commissions inquiry tickets and provide informed and thoughtful responses to support our commissions inquiry process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and HR to solve administrative challenges and drive business growth.
  • Drive operational efficiency in the sales compensation process, simplifying and streamlining processes as needed to fully leverage system capabilities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a commissions and/or sales operations position, preferably in a SaaS business.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and commissions tools, with Xactly being a requirement and other tools preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including complex nested functions, lookups, pivot tables, and modeling, with experience with macros & VBA being a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the company.
  • Strong attention to detail and a 'Details Matter' mentality.
