Sales Compensation Analyst

About the Role
As a Sales Compensation Analyst in our organization, you will play a key role in aligning and supporting the implementation and administration of sales incentive plans. Your responsibilities will include closely partnering with various departments, maintaining a thorough understanding of incentive plan component mechanics, ensuring accurate and compliant payments, and generating quota and incentive attainment reports.
About the Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Leaders, Sales Operations, HR, Payroll, and Finance to align and support the implementation and administration of sales incentive plans.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the incentive plan component mechanics to ensure payments are accurate and compliant with each participant's sales incentive plan document.
- Ensure the incentive policies are communicated and monitored for compliance to the policy, including global account and cross-border policy.
- Generate quota and incentive attainment reports and other sales performance reporting as requested.
- Provide recommendations for operational efficiencies and process improvements and assist in change initiatives from requirements gathering through adoption.
- Review plan guidelines and provide recommendations on best-in-class plan design and execution.
