">Job Description: As a Corporate Deal Maker at ASC, you will be responsible for advising clients on entire M&A lifecycle end-to-end deal services including deal origination, due diligence, deal execution, and closure. Your expertise in both buy side, sell side, and JV transactions will enable you to advise clients in line with their commercial objectives, funding requirements, and valuation analysis/investment modeling using DCF & other valuation techniques.
]">Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year
">Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have a keen understanding of client's industry and business, and be able to develop deep relationships with clients. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
