About the Role:

The Corporate Partnership Development Manager will play a crucial role in securing corporate partnerships that align with our mission at Sharda Welfare Foundation. This position involves identifying and cultivating relationships with corporates, major brands, and industry leaders to drive fundraising opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to secure corporate partnerships that support the organisation's goals.
  • Build strong relationships with corporates, focusing on key stakeholders and decision-makers in Delhi NCR.
  • Identify potential corporate partners and engage with them using our networks and resources to maximise fundraising opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, concept notes, and presentations that clearly outline our mission, objectives, and funding needs to attract corporate support.
  • Organise and coordinate fundraising events to engage potential corporate partners and explore new opportunities.
  • Drive business development by reaching out to potential partners, scheduling meetings, and following up to expand our network of supporters.
  • Manage the financial aspects of CSR fundraising, including budgeting and forecasting to ensure sustainability.
  • Ensure all CSR fundraising activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, maintaining transparency.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and new opportunities in CSR fundraising.
  • Represent the organisation in meetings with corporate entities, CSR Heads, and key partners to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution.
  • 4-7 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, or business development within the NGO/CSR sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of CSR regulations under the Companies Act 2013.

Compensation: As per industry standards (approximately ₹15 Lakhs - ₹20 Lakhs per annum), depending on qualifications and experience.
