About the Job:

The Sharda Welfare Foundation is seeking an experienced Corporate Partnership and Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure corporate partnerships that support our mission.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will identify and cultivate corporate partners, secure CSR funding, and nurture long-term relationships with corporate entities. You will also develop and implement strategies to expand our network of supporters and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to secure corporate partnerships that align with our organization's goals.
  • Build strong relationships with corporates, major brands, and industry leaders in Delhi NCR.
  • Identify potential corporate partners and engage with them using our networks and resources to maximize fundraising opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, concept notes, and presentations that clearly outline our mission, objectives, and funding needs to attract corporate support.
  • Organize and coordinate fundraising events to engage potential corporate partners and explore new opportunities.
  • Drive business development by reaching out to potential partners, scheduling meetings, and following up to expand our network of supporters.
  • Manage the financial aspects of CSR fundraising, including budgeting and forecasting to ensure sustainability.
  • Ensure all CSR fundraising activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, maintaining transparency.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and new opportunities in CSR fundraising.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with corporate entities, CSR Heads, and key partners to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A graduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, or business development within the NGO/CSR sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of CSR regulations under the Companies Act 2013.

Salary: As per industry standards (estimated ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum), depending on qualifications and experience.
