Business Development Manager for EdTech Sales

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Magic EdTech team, responsible for driving sales growth in the EdTech and publishing sectors. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling outsourcing services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in these industries, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
In this dynamic role, you will be working closely with our senior-level executives to negotiate complex deals, leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of CRM systems and a demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
