About the Role

">We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, proposals, and closing deals. A background in management consultancy or related services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

">* Actively seek out new sales leads & qualify leads through outreach efforts, networking, and sending highly personalized communications via email and social messages.* Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in potential client organizations.* Build and maintain long-term partnerships.* Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue goals.* Present consultancy offerings tailored to client needs and pain points.* Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.* Conduct research to identify market trends, client demands, and competitor activities.* Use this information to position the company's services effectively.* Work closely with the marketing, operations, and delivery teams to align on service offerings, proposals, and client expectations.* Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the delivery team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">* 5 to 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within a B2B environment, preferably in consulting or services.* Strong knowledge of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, proposals, and closing deals.* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and industry stakeholders.* Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.* Ability to understand the client's business and design solutions that meet their objectives.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.* A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.* Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital platforms for lead generation and client engagement.
